It's TIME

Well, here we are! It's the last day of 2015...

It has been quite some time since I last posted here. Coming up on 2 years to be exact! Wow... There have been lots and lots of changes and updates since then! We had our second child in April of 2013, another little boy, named JEYDAN aka Jeybug. We also became HOMEOWNERS!! Yayyy!! We had our house built and it has been just over a year since we got our keys! Our oldest, Adrean, is a 4th grader this year & he is in his second year of wrestling! Yep, we are officially a wrestling family. He is following in his daddy's footsteps. He is loving it & so are we! It's been a journey these last couple years. Our family has been blessed in so many ways.

It has been so long since I have blogged and this time, I am serious about keeping it updated! I am constantly posting on Facebook and Instagram, not only for family and friends but for Richy and myself to have to look back on memories of our family. I'm sure blogging will also be a bit therapeutic for me, as well. An outlet for me to express myself. I love posting about my kids and husband, so why not blog about them?! It will be fun for me to post other things too, like when I cook and do crafts and host parties.. 

That will be one of my big goals for 2016, BLOG consistently! Another big reason for me to start is because my husband will once again be deploying overseas soon & this is an awesome way for him to stay up to date on pictures and stories of our boys. So, it's time to get to blogging!

Thanksgiving in Hawaii 2015

Has It Really Been Since September?!

Ahhhh, why must I slack so much when it comes to blogging? I wish I would just stick to it & stay dedicated. So much to blog about & I always take the longest breaks before I pick back up.

Well, as of today, I am exactly 6 months & 1 week preggers! Adrean only has a few more months left of being the only child. He has been the center of mine & Richy's worlds for the last 6 1/2 years & now we will all be adjusting to the new little member of our family. We are anxiously awaiting the arrival of Baby J & I know Adrean is going to absolutely LOVE being a BIG BROTHER! :)

I can't believe it's almost February! Valentine's day is just around the corner & also the anniversary of when Richy & I started dating!! February 5 will be 9 YEARS that we have been a couple!!! WOW! Sadly, right after we celebrate, Richy will be leaving for a month for Army training. BOO... So, he won't be here for Valentine's Day (again...) BUT luckily, I get to go on a Valentine's date with my little booger. A year ago, I went on a V-Day date with him & then had BINGO NIGHT with my fellow Army wives since our hubbies were already gone for deployment. GOSH! The Army is always hogging my husband for holidays & special events. Never fails, every year. At least he was here for my 24th birthday a few weeks ago! Richy hasn't been able to celebrate a birthday with me since my 21st... WOAH! So, that made me a happy girl! <3 p="p">
After hubby gets home in March, we will be prepping for my baby shower at the end of the month & really starting to get everything ready for Baby J, due May 6. :) I am so excited for everything coming up in our lives. We have so much to look forward to & so much to be thankful for. We truly are blessed!

Back to blogging... (For like the ump-teenth time!)

Oh my goodness! I have promised NUMEROUS times that I would blog & keep up with it on a regular basis. FAIL! :( I am terrible. But seriously, I will be on top of it this time. PROMISE!! :) I will update & post as much as I can.

But as for right now, I gotta get back to school work.. I'm multitasking while I type this. Haha. Slowly but surely, I'm in the process of making my dreams come true to become a CPhT.

Back to blogging! Yayyy!

Well, I've took a looong break, a VERY LONG BREAK! (almost 10 months, woahh.) But I'm back & ready to UPDATE! :) Lots has happened in these past several months! Lets see, no need to take it back TOO far, because those who know me, know everything that has been going on in our lives up until this point.

-So, first of all my husband will be deploying very soon which is THE MAIN REASON I decided I better get on this, besides the fact that I would love to update about our lives & be able to come back & look at this in the future.

-As of right now, Richy is away for some training to prepare for deployment. Thank goodness he will be back just in time for Christmas! We are excited for him to get back home & be with us for the holidays! Also, we will have family coming in from Utah & Arkansas!! :) We can hardly wait! <3
*Some AWESOME NEWS: Richy was promoted on the day he left for training & is now SGT. Portillo!! I'm sooo proud & happy for him! He has been looking forward to that for quite awhile! He totally deserves it!

-On 12.2, I took Adrean to The Orleans to see Yo Gabba Gabba thanks to sweet Kassie! <3 He looooves Yo Gabba Gabba & really enjoyed the show!! In a future post, I will add pics & maybe video from that night. (once I upload everything from my camera, lol.)

Guess that's all I have for right now BUT I will definitely be back for LOTS MORE!! :)
