Has It Really Been Since September?!

Ahhhh, why must I slack so much when it comes to blogging? I wish I would just stick to it & stay dedicated. So much to blog about & I always take the longest breaks before I pick back up.

Well, as of today, I am exactly 6 months & 1 week preggers! Adrean only has a few more months left of being the only child. He has been the center of mine & Richy's worlds for the last 6 1/2 years & now we will all be adjusting to the new little member of our family. We are anxiously awaiting the arrival of Baby J & I know Adrean is going to absolutely LOVE being a BIG BROTHER! :)

I can't believe it's almost February! Valentine's day is just around the corner & also the anniversary of when Richy & I started dating!! February 5 will be 9 YEARS that we have been a couple!!! WOW! Sadly, right after we celebrate, Richy will be leaving for a month for Army training. BOO... So, he won't be here for Valentine's Day (again...) BUT luckily, I get to go on a Valentine's date with my little booger. A year ago, I went on a V-Day date with him & then had BINGO NIGHT with my fellow Army wives since our hubbies were already gone for deployment. GOSH! The Army is always hogging my husband for holidays & special events. Never fails, every year. At least he was here for my 24th birthday a few weeks ago! Richy hasn't been able to celebrate a birthday with me since my 21st... WOAH! So, that made me a happy girl! <3 p="p">
After hubby gets home in March, we will be prepping for my baby shower at the end of the month & really starting to get everything ready for Baby J, due May 6. :) I am so excited for everything coming up in our lives. We have so much to look forward to & so much to be thankful for. We truly are blessed!

Tomorrow Is My Birthday!

Well, tomorrow I will be turning 22! Wow! I can't believe it, lol. At first I didn't even really care to make any plans but I have some amazing family & friends that insisted PLUS so many of my friends have been harassing me about what I was gonna do, so why not at least have a dinner? I'm honestly pretty bummed when I think of celebrating my birthday this year because of a few things. Last year had to be THE BEST birthday ever. My birthday dinner & birthday party were soooo fun! Everything was pretty much prefect, it couldn't have been better. Well, this year I will be missing some of those wonderful things or I mean people that made my birthday so amazing last year. For my 21st birthday, I had my husband with me & I also had Cookie celebrating with me as well. For some reason, while I'm typing this, I am fighting holding the tears back. It's actually very crazy to have been with someone & things are perfectly fine, & then in an instance they are taken away. I just have no motivation to celebrate, & I don't mean it as in I'm not thankful for God blessing me with another year of life, its just that I know that no other birthdays can compare to my 21st. It was so special. <3 Richy will be missing my birthday this year, as well as next year. :( What a HUGE bummer. Well, I don't want to complain. I have too many things in my life to be thankful/grateful for but I just wish so badly that my husband could be here & that Cookie could still be here, well & alive, but I know that's not going to be. :'(

So, I am going to make the best of my birthday this year & be thankful for my many blessings such as: good health, having an amazing husband & son, my wonderful, loving, & supportive family & friends, having a wonderful, forgiving, & loving God that is always with me.
